Product Introduction
The TM1650 4-digit nixie tube module is based on the TM1650 chip, compatible with 0.8-inch common-cathode nixie tubes, with a wide supply voltage of 3.3V-5V. Adopting a pseudo-I2C two-wire communication, it only needs two wires for control, supporting 7/8-segment display and 8-level brightness adjustment. Built-in display memory eliminates manual scanning, and it integrates matrix key functions. With a simple circuit and stable driving, it’s a cost-effective numerical display solution for Arduino DIY, home appliance panels, industrial instruments, etc.
