Q1:What payment methods does the website support?

We currently support PayPal payments

Q2: Why did my payment fail?

    • Payment failure may be due to the following reasons:

    • Network delay, please refresh the page and try again.

    • Insufficient bank card balance or full credit limit.

    • The bank information entered (such as expiration date) is incorrect.

    • The payment amount exceeds the single transaction limit set by the bank.

    • If multiple attempts fail, please contact your card-issuing bank or our customer service.

Q3: Can I modify the order information (such as address, product) after placing an order?

Once an order is successfully submitted, it will be processed immediately and cannot be modified. If you need to modify it, please contact our online customer service immediately and we will do our best to intercept and process it for you.

Q1:How is shipping calculated?

Free shipping is available for orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated based on the total order amount. Please refer to our shipping policy for detailed shipping charges.

Q2:How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Generally, we will complete the delivery within 3 working days after you place the order (for pre-sale products or special circumstances, please see the product page instructions).

Q3:How to check logistics information?

After the product is shipped, we will update the logistics tracking number to your order information. You can click “View Logistics” in [My Orders] to track the location of the package in real time.

Q4:What areas does the delivery range cover?

We only ship to United States.   (Please refer to our shipping policy for details.)

About Returns and After-Sales

Q1:If you am not satisfied with the product I received, how can you apply for a return or exchange?

Please find the corresponding order in [My Orders], click “Apply for After-Sales Service”, select the service type and fill in the reason.

Q2:Who will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?

We will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to product quality issues.

For returns or exchanges not related to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by you. We recommend that you purchase return shipping insurance to reduce the cost of return shipping.

Q3:How long does it take for the funds to be credited to my account after a refund is processed?

Once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, we will process the refund immediately. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and the time it takes to arrive in your account depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform, but is generally within 7 business days.

Q4:What should I do if the product has quality problems?
