Time Limit for Return and Refund
Refund: Within 7 days of receiving the goods. When we receive the returned product, we will review whether you meet our return policy. If you do, we will refund the price of the goods you paid to your account through the secure payment channel PayPal within 7 days.
Returns: Required within 30 days of the customer’s request for return. Once you request a return and we approve it, the product must be promptly shipped via a reliable carrier, ensuring the product is in good condition. Products must be returned to our address within 30 days of your return request. We will not accept returns after this timeframe.
Returns Range(Non-Human Factors)
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
- Products have quality issues, such as functional failure, unstable performance, etc.
- Wrong goods sent: The specifications, models, and quantities of the products received do not match the order.
- product design defects, material aging and other safety hazards.
No Returns Range
- Unpacking, using or damaging the product
- The product is damaged due to improper use or improper storage
- Unable to provide effective evidence to prove quality issues
- Exceeding the prescribed time limit
- Due to customer reasons (such as mistaken purchase, wrong model selection, change of mind,etc) EasyElecModule does not support returns.
- Screen shattering and body bending caused by accidental falling; internal components damage caused by being squeezed by heavy objects.
- Device short circuits and corrosion caused by water ingress, coffee or beverage spills, etc. (Even if a device supports daily waterproofing, its waterproof performance may deteriorate due to daily wear and tear, and water damage is usually not covered).
- Circuit board burnout caused by using inferior power supply, unstable voltage, lightning strike, etc.
- Failure caused by large amounts of sand, dust, powder, etc. entering the equipment
- Normal scratches and paint peeling caused by daily use
- Disassembly or repair of the product without our permission.
- Perform any form of flying wires, grafting, or other modifications to the device’s motherboard or circuits
- Failure caused by use in high temperature, high humidity, strong magnetic field or corrosive chemical environment beyond the specified range of the product.
- Natural disasters and man-made disasters: damage caused by fire, flooding, etc.
Return Process
- Apply for return and refund : Once you apply for return and refund, we will process it within 3 working days.
- To return an item, please email. easyelecmodule@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assess the issue.
- Once we approve your return, we’ll email you a return label with step-by-step instructions.
- Download and print the return label and attach it to the package. Please ensure the label is securely packed in the original packaging.
- Hand over the package to the designated carrier for door-to-door delivery.
- Once we receive the return, we will inspect it within 7 business days and you will be notified at that time.
- Once we have checked and found that your return is in line with our policy, we will refund you the original amount of money you paid for the product via PayPal within 7 working days.

Return Fees
The return shipping, taxes, value-added fees and other related expenses will be borne by you first. After we receive the returned product, it will be professionally inspected. If it meets our return policy, we will reimburse you for the fees you paid.
If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons, such as buying the wrong product, not wanting it anymore, buying too much, etc., the relevant costs incurred by the return shall be borne by the customer.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges, if EasyElecModule products experience any performance failure not caused by human error within 7 days of receipt, customers may request a replacement product of the same model and specification. We will bear all customs duties, value-added tax, and other related expenses incurred by the replacement. However, we are not responsible for any losses incurred by customers as a result of the replacement.
Cancel an Order（Request a Refund）
Customers can cancel their orders and apply for a refund after paying for them. However, the following requirements must be met:
- The order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customized products have not been produced. Customized products are special products that require a certain amount of time to produce. Once the customized product has started production, the order cannot be cancelled.
After completing the order, please check the order update status at any time and pay attention to the latest order information.
Notice
Customers must return the original packaging of the product to the address designated by EasyElecModule within 30 days. If the product is not received as expected, EasyElecModule reserves the right not to accept the request.
Customers must ensure that the original packaging, original accessories, instructions, warranty cards, etc. of the returned products are complete and intact, otherwise EasyElecModule has the right to refuse returns or partial refunds.
After receiving the returned goods from customers, EasyElecModule will inspect and accept them within 7 days. After the inspection is qualified, EasyElecModule will pay the refund to your account within 7 days.
Terms
- EasyElecModule is not responsible for the depreciation of the product value caused by returns.
- EasyElecModule is not responsible for any other indirect losses caused by returns.
- EasyElecModule does not assume any responsibility for returns due to force majeure.
When returning products, customers should ensure that the product packaging is intact, all accessories are complete, and comply with EasyElecModule’s return and exchange policy. If any violation occurs, EasyElecModule reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned product.
If a customer participates in a free shipping activity that meets certain conditions, but the free shipping requirements are no longer met after the return, EasyElecModule can deduct the shipping fee when refunding the product.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Modified Terms are effective immediately upon posting them to the Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
