Warranty Policy
This policy applies to all EasyElecModule’s product lines. EasyElecModule guarantees to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products. If customers have any questions about any executed purchase order, please contact us within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Warranty Qeriod
EasyElecModule’s products have a 30-day warranty. Within 30 days of receiving the product and obtaining a valid invoice or order receipt, if the product is faulty, damaged, or defective, and after inspection, meets our warranty policy, we will repair or replace the product at a reasonable cost. If you experience any issues with the product during the warranty period, please contact us for assistance.
Warranty Scope
Under normal use, if the product’s performance failure is caused by defects in materials or manufacturing process, and we have tested it and it meets the warranty coverage, we will provide free repair or replacement service. The following is the normal warranty coverage:
- During the warranty period：within 30 days after the logistics order confirms that you have received the goods.
- Failures caused by non-human factors：performance failures or functional failures of the product under normal use conditions, such as no signal output after the module is powered on (such as no sensor data, no driver module action), partial functional loss, only some functions working properly, etc., which are not caused by improper user operation.
- Follow the instructions and environmental requirements：Users must install, use, and maintain the product according to the product instructions, and the operating environment must meet the product’s specified conditions, such as power supply voltage, temperature, humidity, etc.
- No Unauthorized Modification or Repair：The product must not be disassembled or modified by the user, nor repaired by unauthorized repair personnel.Maintaining the product in its original condition is an important condition for the warranty.
- Valid proof of purchase：Users need to provide an invoice or other valid proof of purchase for the product to prove the purchase time and source of the product. This is a necessary document for claiming warranty.
Not Covered By the Product Warranty:
Man-made damage and accidents (the warranty only covers “quality defects” and not “consequences of behavior.”)
- Physical damage：such as screen shattering and body bending caused by accidental drops; internal components damaged by being squeezed by heavy objects.
- Liquid intrusion：Short circuits and corrosion caused by water, coffee, or beverage spills. (Even if a device is waterproof, its waterproof performance may degrade due to daily wear and tear, and water damage is generally not covered.)
- Abnormal current：Circuit board burnout caused by using inferior power supply, unstable voltage, lightning strike, etc.
- Foreign matter intrusion：Failure caused by large amounts of sand, dust, powder, etc. entering the equipment
Normal aging and wear and tear of consumables (the warranty does not cover performance degradation that occurs naturally over time).
- Appearance wear：normal scratches, paint peeling, coating peeling, aging of plastic parts, etc. caused by daily use.
- Unofficial modifications and repairs：Any tampered device will void the official warranty.
- Unauthorized disassembly and assembly：Any unauthorized disassembly or repair attempt will void the warranty.
- Modification：Any modification such as flying wires or grafting on the mainboard or circuit of the device
Credentials and identity issues(if you cannot prove “who bought it and when”,you will not be able to enjoy the warranty)
- Invalid proof of purchase：Failure to provide a clear and valid purchase invoice or receipt, or the proof of purchase information (such as product serial number, purchase date) does not match the actual product.
- Unknown product origin：Products purchased from unofficial or unauthorized dealers.
Force majeure and environmental factors
- Natural disasters：damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.
- Harsh environment： Failure caused by use in high temperature, high humidity, strong magnetic field or corrosive chemical environment beyond the specified range of the product.
The official warranty mainly covers “material and workmanship defects” of the product, not all possible failures. Even within the warranty period, the following situations are not eligible for free warranty service:
- Man-made accidents：such as broken screen, water ingress to the device, cracked charging port, etc.
- Natural wear and tear：such as shortened battery life and scratches on the exterior due to normal use.
- Unauthorized repair：any repair or modification performed by non-official technicians.
- Missing voucher：Unable to provide valid purchase invoice
- Natural disasters and man-made disasters：damage caused by fire, flooding, etc.
Other Notes
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This policy only applies to products sold in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, and Russia.
EasyElecModule reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Modified Terms are effective immediately upon posting them to the Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
