51 Single-Chip Microcomputer System Board

Product Features

  1. IO ports are led out, and the 51 minimum system eliminates the trouble of welding.
  2. Integrates an ISP 10P download interface, facilitating the download for AT89S52 single-chip microcomputers.
  3. Round-hole sockets are used for welding, making it easy to replace the crystal oscillator (11.0592M is provided by default).
  4. Supported chips: STC89C52, STC12C5A60S2, STC11/10x series, AT89S52, and chips pin-compatible with the aforementioned ones.
  5. Power switch + indicator light. A power switch is convenient for experiments, and there is an indicator light.
  6. Two power input methods: DC-005 power socket (the matching socket is 5.5*2.1) and single-row pin (next to the power switch).
  7. Three external VCC and GND circuits, as shown by the pin headers in the figure.

  1. Enhanced 8051 single-chip microcomputer6 clocks/machine cycle and 12 clocks/machine cycle can be arbitrarily selected, and the instruction code is fully compatible with the traditional 8051.
  2. Operating voltage: 5.5V – 3.3V (for 5V single-chip microcomputer) / 3.8V – 2.0V (for 3V single-chip microcomputer)
  3. Operating frequency range: 0 – 40MHz, equivalent to 0 – 80MHz of ordinary 8051, and the actual operating frequency can reach 48MHz.
  4. User application program space is 8K bytes.

Working Modes

  • Power – down mode: Typical power consumption < 0.1 μA. It can be awakened by an external interrupt. After the interrupt returns, the original program continues to execute.
  • Idle mode: Typical power consumption is 2 mA.
  • Normal working mode: Typical power consumption is 4 mA – 4 mA.
The power – down mode can be awakened by an external interrupt and is suitable for battery – powered systems such as water meters and gas meters, as well as portable devices.
