Hall Effect Counter Sensor Descrption
The Hall sensor module is designed and manufactured based on the Hall element 3144. This component is a magnetic sensor that can detect magnetic fields and their variations, making it suitable for various applications related to magnetic fields. Hall devices offer numerous advantages, including a robust structure, compact size, lightweight, long lifespan, easy installation, low power consumption, high frequency, resistance to vibrations, and immunity to contamination or corrosion from dust, oil, moisture, and salt spray.
The sensor features specially designed M3 mounting holes for easy adjustment and secure fixation. It utilizes a wide-voltage LM393 comparator to directly convert signals from the Hall element into high or low-level outputs. The output signals are clean, with excellent waveform quality, and the driving capability exceeds 15mA.
