Product Introduction
This UV detection module uses a Schottky photodiode made of aluminum nitride material, featuring high responsivity and low dark current. A built-in LMV358 amplifier amplifies the weak signal output by the photodiode, and all components are manufactured with 1% precision. It is applied in UV testers, UV watches, outdoor sports devices, mobile phones, etc.
