UNV-SIM7600CE Pin Definition Description

TXD, RXD, DCD, etc. are the serial port pins of the module, all of which have undergone level matching processing. TXD is the system transmission end, externally connected to the controller’s RXD. VDD cannot be left floating; VDD is the level matching end. If connecting to a 5V system externally, connect VDD to 5V; if connecting to a 3.3V system, connect VDD to 3.3V. In typical connections, only TXD, RXD, and VDD need to be connected. Leave other pins unconnected (do not float them).

VCC and GND are for power supply, supporting DC 5-18V input. When the power supply voltage is lower than 9V, the power supply must provide a current of no less than 1A. When VCC and GND are connected to the power supply, VBAT outputs 3.8V externally. When VBAT is used as the power input, the voltage range is 3.4-4.3V, and the supply current is no less than 1A. When using VBAT for power supply, remove the R280 resistor on the back of the board. PWRKE is the pin for controlling the module’s power on/off; a high level lasting 2 seconds can turn the module on or off. REST is the reset pin (high level is valid). NETSTA is the status output end.

Notes:

Do not reset the module in non-emergency situations.
All GNDs in the interface are the same; no distinction is made.
NC is a reserved pin.
