Product Introduction
The SP303 Water Leak Detection Module is a device that takes the SP303 water-immersed electrode as its probe. When the SP303 electrode is placed in water, the two probes form a circuit (with a resistance of about tens of kiloohms). After processing by the signal module, this resistance is converted into a digital signal for output.
Introduction to the SP303 Water-Immersed Electrode
The SP303 Water-Immersed Electrode is designed for small-range, fixed-point leak detection. Made of eco-friendly materials, it features 303 stainless steel sensing probes and a unique design. It’s easy to install and operate, enabling “safe, reliable, and instant leak alerts.”
Detection principle
The leak probe is just a detection component with two metal contacts—it has no internal circuit, so it can’t be used alone and must be paired with a detection alarm host. When it touches water, the two wires short-circuit (outputting 20K–20M ohms of resistance); when there’s no water, it stays in an open-circuit state.
