Introduction

The W3001 module adopts an NTC waterproof probe for real-time temperature collection, with an internal microcomputer chip and PID algorithm enabling ±0.1℃ precision control. It supports auto heating/cooling mode switching, multi-voltage input, and 10A high-power output. Operating Instructions

Set the start-up temperature

Press the up key once to display the start-up temperature. Hold and press the up key for about 3 seconds, and the start-up temperature number will flash. The desired temperature value can be set through the up and down keys.

Set the stop temperature

Press the down key once, the stop temperature will be displayed. Press and hold the key for 3 seconds, the stop temperature will flash. The desired temperature value can be set through the up and down keys.

How to restore Settings

When powered on, press and hold the up and down keys simultaneously. The digital tube will display 888 and then automatically switch to the detection temperature, immediately restoring the factory Settings.

Example Usage

1.Heating mode setting method

When the start temperature is less than the stop temperature, the program automatically determines that the working mode is the heating mode.

Setting method: Press and hold the up button for a long time. The start temperature will flash. Set the start temperature value through the up and down keys. Press and hold the down button for a long time to stop the temperature flashing. Set the stop temperature value through the up and down keys.

Use case: Control the water heater to stop heating when it reaches 65℃, and restart heating when the temperature drops back to 50℃.

Determine the working mode as heating mode, and the start temperature should be less than the stop temperature. Press and hold the up button for a long time. The start temperature will flash. Set the start temperature to 50℃ through the up and down keys. Press and hold the down key to set the stop temperature to 65℃. The setting is complete!

2.The setting method of the cooling mode

When the start temperature is greater than the stop temperature, the program automatically determines that the working mode is cooling mode

Setting method: Press and hold the up button for a long time. The start temperature will flash. Set the start temperature value through the up and down keys. Press and hold the down button for a long time to stop the temperature flashing. Set the stop temperature value through the up and down keys.

Use case: Control the breeding farm, stop ventilation when the temperature reaches 26℃, and restart refrigeration when the temperature rises to 28℃.

Determine the working mode as cooling mode, with the start temperature greater than the stop temperature. Press and hold the up button for a long time. The start temperature will flash. Set the start temperature to 28℃ through the up and down keys. Press and hold the down key to set the stop temperature to 26℃. The setting is complete!

Warm reminder

When setting the heating mode, if the set temperature value is accidentally reversed, the output indicator light will not light up and the load will not work. If the above situation occurs after the setting is completed, you can check whether the set temperature values are reversed.
