Function Description
After connecting two speakers and a power supply, you can adjust the volume and control playback by sliding the pulley. Note that the power supply specifications and the electrical performance of the speakers must match, and the voltage must not exceed 26V.
Notes
1.Keep the amplifier board away from WIFI signals (routers) during use.
2.Recommended operating voltage: DC 8-24V. Exceeding 26V will burn the chip.
3.When using 4Ω speakers, the power supply should not exceed 12V; for 8Ω speakers, the power supply should not exceed 24V.
4.Recommended power supply current: above 2A.
5.A heat sink is required if the module’s operating power exceeds 20W*2.
6.Keep speaker wires short, preferably within 1 meter.
7.Static protection is essential. Discharge static from your hands before touching the amplifier to avoid electrostatic breakdown of chips—Bluetooth chips are particularly sensitive to static.
8.It is recommended to use speakers with a rated power of 30W or more to prevent speaker overheating and damage.
Operation Instructions
1.After powering on, the blue indicator light flashes quickly, and the module enters Bluetooth mode.
2.A “prompt tone” plays, and the module enters pairing mode.
3.Search for Bluetooth devices on your phone—look for a device named like “P40W” (the exact name varies, usually a 4-5 character + number combination).
4.Click to connect; a “prompt tone” plays upon successful connection, and the indicator light stays on. You can now play music from your phone.
5.The indicator light flashes slowly during music playback.
6.When Bluetooth disconnects, the amplifier board prepares for re-pairing, plays a “prompt tone,” and re-enters pairing mode.
The simplest way to confirm the Bluetooth name: Power on the module, then power it off—check which Bluetooth device disappears; that’s the one.
Usage Demonstration
Two speakers are used in this project to create a stereo sound effect. While a single speaker can also play audio, it will not produce a stereo effect. Note that the power supply voltage must be compatible with the speakers. The following is the usage effect.
