Product Overview
This module is a cost-effective and multi-functional line-tracking module elaborately designed for enthusiasts who want to build line-tracking robots. It is fully capable of handling daily line-tracking tasks. Additionally, it is equipped with an infrared distance detection sensor and a touch detection sensor, enabling the robot you design to adapt to more scenarios.
Specifically designed for black-and-white line detection, the BFD-1000 is particularly suitable for identifying complex and intersecting black-and-white lines. It is equipped with 6 high-sensitivity infrared sensors (5 for line tracking and 1 for obstacle avoidance), enabling accurate recognition of black-and-white lines.
Product Features
1. This module integrates 5 channels of high-sensitivity line-tracking sensors, which are less affected by the environment. It can accurately track complex black (or white) lines and handle simple black line tracking with greater ease.
2. It integrates 1 channel of infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, and the obstacle avoidance distance can be adjusted via a sliding rheostat.
3. A specially designed touch detection sensor is included, making the design of round-trip robots much simpler.
4. All output signals are digital signals (high and low levels), facilitating connection with microcontrollers.
5. The output status of all sensors is indicated by LED lights for convenient debugging.
6.The supported voltage ranges from 3.0V to 5.5V, meeting the requirements of most systems.
7.High-sensitivity sensors are adopted, allowing the line-tracking range to vary arbitrarily between 0.5mm and 40mm without any adjustments.
