OPT101 Descrption
The OPT101 is a highly integrated monolithic photoelectric sensor composed of a photodiode and a transimpedance amplifier. This device can directly convert light signals into voltage signals for output, eliminating the need for an external amplification circuit. Its internally integrated high-gain amplifier provides excellent sensitivity and linearity, with an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 36V, making it suitable for single-power-supply applications.
The OPT101 features a wide spectral response range (400nm to 1100nm) and a bandwidth of 5MHz, along with fast response speed. It comes in an 8-pin DIP or SOIC package, offering a compact size and easy operation. The output voltage exhibits a good linear relationship with light intensity, with a typical sensitivity of 0.45V/μW.
