RCWL-0515 Performance parameters
RCWL-0515 is a microwave sensing module based on Doppler radar technology, widely used in the field of intelligent sensing due to its non-contact detection feature. It has a wide operating voltage range of 4 – 18V and a low static power consumption of only 65uA, combining low energy consumption with good adaptability.
The module has a sensing distance of up to 0.5 – 12 meters and a detection angle of approximately 120°. It can penetrate non – metallic obstacles such as glass and wood, with stable recognition ability for moving targets. It supports adjustment of trigger delay (default 2 seconds, modifiable via resistors) and outputs 3.3V high – level digital signals, facilitating connection with microcontrollers and other devices.
Its anti – interference design makes it unaffected by ambient temperature and light. It is suitable for scenarios such as automatic switches for smart lighting, security alarm triggering, and automatic bathroom equipment. With flexible installation methods and strong compatibility, it is an ideal choice for miniaturized sensing solutions. It works at a frequency of about 2.7GHz and adopts the TT1712B processing chip.
