If used in an enclosed space, it is recommended to pair the module with heat sinks or fans to assist with cooling, preventing overheating that could trigger protection mechanisms or shorten the module’s lifespan.
Special Scenario Precautions:
When used in complex electromagnetic environments such as industrial control or automotive electronics, it is recommended to install an EMI filter circuit at the module’s input to further enhance its anti-interference capability. For vehicle-mounted applications, ensure the module is securely fastened to prevent loosening or disconnection of wiring due to vibrations during vehicle operation.
Load Adaptation Limits:
The module has a rated continuous output current of 5A and a peak current of 6.5A. Avoid allowing the load current to exceed the rated value for extended periods, as this may cause performance degradation or damage to the module due to prolonged overload operation. For inductive loads (such as motors or servos), it is necessary to connect a freewheeling diode in parallel across the load terminals to suppress the impact of back electromotive force on the module.
