Product Introduction

This aluminum substrate automatic buck-boost module is an adjustable buck-boost device. It has an input voltage range of 10.5V–70V and an output voltage range of 2.5V–58V. When the input and output voltages are within the specified ranges, the maximum output current can reach 8A (additional heat dissipation is required). The normal operating power is 50W (with heatsink), and it features high conversion efficiency. Users can adjust the actual output voltage via a potentiometer, making it easy to use.

Output Voltage/Current Adjustment Methods

1.Voltage Adjustment: Turn the constant-voltage adjustable potentiometer (clockwise to decrease voltage, counterclockwise to increase voltage) to set the output voltage according to your load requirements. For example, adjust to 37V for a 10-series LED.

2.Current Adjustment:

  • Turn the constant-current adjustable potentiometer clockwise for about 20 turns to preset the output current to the minimum value.
  • Connect the LED, then adjust the constant-current potentiometer to your desired current.
  • For battery charging: First fully discharge the battery, connect it to the output, then adjust to the desired current. Note: For charging, adjustment must be done with a fully discharged battery—higher remaining battery power will result in lower charging current.
  • Improved current adjustment method (short-circuit method): First set the output voltage to 5V, turn the constant-current potentiometer clockwise for 20 turns, then short-circuit the output to adjust the short-circuit current.
