Product Information
This flame sensor integrates a built-in relay, allowing it to control high-power equipment. For example, with proper design, it can automatically activate devices like a water pump when a flame is detected, operating entirely without an external controller. This makes it suitable for simple fire‑suppression designs.
Usage Method
VCC connects to the 5V power supply positive terminal (insufficient voltage may prevent the relay from functioning).
GND connects to the power supply’s GND or negative terminal.
The relay circuitry needs to be designed independently; only the pin functions are described here.
When no flame is detected, NC (normally closed) and COM are connected, while NO (normally open) and COM are disconnected.
When a flame is detected, NO and COM connect, while NC and COM disconnect.
