Product Information
The flame sensor is specifically designed for detecting flames. It works by detecting light in a certain wavelength range and is applied in smart homes and small fire prevention equipment. Its features are as follows:
- Can detect flames or light sources with a wavelength between 760nm and 1100nm, and is especially sensitive to flame spectra (sensitivity is adjustable, use a small screwdriver to turn the blue potentiometer).
- The signal is clean, the waveform is good, and the driving capability is strong, over 15mA.
- Wide working voltage range, 3.3V to 5V.
- Designed with screw holes, can fit 3mm screws.
- Dual output modes, can output both digital signals and voltage analog signals.
Wiring&Schematic
- VCC: Positive power output. Connect 3.3V to 5V power supply.
- GND: Zero potential reference point. It forms a current loop with VCC, so connect it to the power supply’s GND or negative pole.
- DOUT: Digital output. It compares the sensor’s reading with the set threshold and then outputs a high or low level to the control system.
- AOUT: Analog output. It directly sends the sensor’s original voltage signal to the control system.
