Product Introduction
XTW6009 is a high-performance boost module with 4A switching current. This module adopts the second-generation high-frequency switching technology.
XL6009E1 is the core chip, with better performance than LM2577. The XL6009 boost module has low cost and good performance, and the LM2577 module is about to be eliminated.
Product Feature
1. Wide input voltage range: 3V~32V (Boost works normally when below 5V, but the nixie tube does not work), the optimal operating voltage range is 5~32V.
2. Wide output voltage range: 5V~35V.
3. Built-in 4A high-efficiency MOSFET switch, enabling efficiency up to 94% (LM2577 current is only 3A).
4. High switching frequency of 400KHZ, which allows small capacity filter capacitors to achieve very good results, with low ripple and small size. (LM2577 frequency is only 50KHZ).
5. With power indicator light.
6. Equipped with a voltmeter display that supports self-calibration. Adopts a more advanced voltage microprocessor, with a voltmeter error of ±0.05V and a measuring range of 0~35V. (Note: To ensure the accuracy of the voltmeter, please keep the input voltage above 4.5V.)
7. A touch button can switch between measuring input or output voltage, with an indicator light showing which voltage is being measured. The setting is saved even after power-off and restart.
8. The voltmeter can be turned off. Touch the left button when display is not needed.
9. Comes with terminal blocks for easy use without a soldering iron, and retains the soldering points.
10. Features over-temperature protection and short-circuit protection functions.

Note :
- Nixie tube:
Used to display input voltage and output voltage, which can be switched by short-pressing the button. When the IN indicator is on, it indicates that the input voltage is displayed. When the OUT indicator is on, it indicates that the output voltage is displayed.
- Potentiometer:
Used to adjust the output voltage. Press the button to switch the nixie tube to display the output voltage (the OUT indicator is on), then rotate the potentiometer counterclockwise to decrease the voltage and clockwise to increase the voltage.
- Calibration function:
① Input and output voltage measurement error calibration: Long press the switch for more than 4 seconds, then release it to enter the voltage measurement error calibration function. At this time, the IN light is on (calibrating the input end), and the nixie tube flashes to display the calibration value (the factory parameter is 0.0). Short press the button to change this value (the value range is -0.5~0.5, unit is V). A positive number indicates upward calibration, and a negative number indicates downward calibration. After adjusting the calibration value of the input end, long press the button for more than 2 seconds, then release it to enter the error calibration of the output end. At this time, the OUT light is on (calibrating the output end) and displays the calibration value of the output end. The adjustment method is the same as that of the input end. After adjusting the calibration value of the output end, long press the button for more than 2 seconds, then release it to save the set value and return to normal voltage display. The set calibration value takes effect immediately and is not lost when power is off. (With this function, it can meet your higher precision requirements).
② Turn off the voltmeter: Long press the switch for more than 1 second and less than 4 seconds, then release it to turn off. After the voltmeter is turned off, just short press the switch to turn it on.
