Difference from other accelerometers

The main acceleration sensors on the market are MPU6050(GY521) and ADXL335. ADXL345, as an upgraded version of ADXL345, has improved accuracy , detection range, and more advanced features. Although MPU6050 has an additional rotation angle detection function, namely gyroscope function, compared to ADXL345, its accuracy is lower and can only be used in fields such as model aircraft that require yaw angle data but have low accuracy requirements. ADXL345 focuses on acceleration measurement, with a resolution of up to 13 bits and an accuracy of 3.9mg/LSB, which can detect tilt angles less than 1 °. It is crucial for high-precision CNC machine tools and other fields.

Pin Definition

The functions of each pin for printing are as follows:

GND:Zero potential reference point, usually connected to other GNDs.

VCC:Digital power supply voltage input terminal, it connected to 3.3V or 5V power supply.

CS:SPI communication chip pin selection, suspended when not in use.

INT1:Interrupt 1 Output.

INT2:Interrupt 2 Output.

SDO: Serial Data Output (SPI 4-Wire)/Alternate I2C Address Select (I2C).

SDA:Serial Data (I2C)/Serial Data Input (SPI 4-Wire)/Serial Data Input and Output (SPI 3-Wire).

SCL(Serial Communications Clock): SCL is the clock for I2C, and SCLK is the clock for SPI.
